I was looking for that very piece when I was at the VPW Rally last year. Much to Dave's surprise I found one in the yard. I didn't buy it becuase I wasn't sure I was going to need it and as it turned out I didn't. VPW probably doesn't have that one still but they have a lot of things they didn't before because of all the parts from Europe.
VPW would be the first one I would call and then after that I would go to the parts sources on this site and just start going down the list.
