Norm, maybe in '99 they were building Quadcabs in both plants due to them being a new model. When I was searching for the right truck in June/July '99 most of the 4x4 Quadcabs were from Mexico. However, one of the final points for the one I bought was that it came out of St. Louis plant. Thanks, Tom H.
