Hi Adrian,
If you have a Factory Locker, the ring & pinion housing is bolted together, instead of cast. Sometimes you can see into the oil fill hole and see the bolts on the "spool".
The method Henri talked about will work, unless your clutches are worn, then it is not a reliable method, you cannot spin the wheel fast enough by hand to heat the clutches. Good Luck.
