I've got a poly 318 from my '64 W300 S/N 238-1437810 that has hydraulic lifters. I'll post a block casting number next time I get a look at it. Are we sure the blocks will be different? I think the engine was the original V8, but cannot be sure. Great engine, got 120K miles on it, replaced it with a 413, and put the 318 in the farm truck ('67 W300)
