W500 E-Brake Assembly

I know it's the tail end of the forum, but does anybody know what parts I might use to build an e-brake for my 1961 W-500? The brake appears to have been simply removed by a prior owner, for reasons unknown, and only the transfer flange remains.

It appears to me that a military 2.5 ton truck brake might fit, or some kind of disk brake arrangement. Anybody have any ideas on this.
