Found a Mid 60's W300 with a ~9' Bed Today

Looks rough, one fender very rusted, no back glass, both original running boards in bed and rusted thru. Bed looks good, right side great, drivers side has a panel patched, and floor had diamond plate in it. Looks to be either a 64 or 65, W300. Has the PTO winch. Owner is asking more than I think it's worth, but still need to talk to him/her.
