I didn't change the pump or rebuild the engine. I don't know why it is off - I just timed it while trying to get it to run a bit better from idle and saw that it wasn't settable within the range I expected. So if it is off due to misalignment it has probably been that way for a long time.

The good news would be that might be an indication that the motor was rebuilt and is wonderful for another 100k!
