Its the carburetor. I drove the truck to my machinist and he diagnosed it. I had tried everything else. Vintage rebuilt it about six months ago so im surprised that carburetor was causing problems since it did fine when i took it off. I think when i layed it on the work bench maybe some sediment in the bowl relocated its self.
