better yet grab a 6 speed . i am pretty sure you need a gasser trans and not ford's diesel trans . Given the choice i would give up my NV4500 and switch to the ZF6speed . what you want is less of a gap between the gears - heck of a gap between 3rd and 4th on some trans .
I gather you are using a NP205 .... what axles are you running ?
