It is a hay chopper. Real heavy cast iron cylinder with knives and a big fan that blows the hay out of a pipe.
My wife ran the 2 1/2 ton winch to pull it on and I steered it with the tongue. We had a skoocum block mounted on the back of the 5 ton to center the pull.
