According to Wix when I was done with them they realized their problem and was going to correct it but they were not going to issue a recall on the old filters so you may still get a fatter filter. This has been a year or 2 so hopefully the fat ones are used up and gone.
As a thank you Wix sent me a case of filters.............guess what size they were..........
