All T203 series front metal, but earlier rear shell to suit that wheelbase, and standard rear fenders with extra clearance?
T203 production dates were early 1940 till about August, with t203B export models presumably using up the parts around August / September 1940. They only made three VF 407 ambulances, but that does look like it is outside the 'new' Mound Road plant - I would guess no earlier than September 1939.
Maybe they just had three 1938 rear shells available. I've only ever seen one WF 1.5 ton panel, and that was on here.
