Just did the front brakes this weekend. New wheel cylinders, shoes, rebuilt and bench bled master, etc., but now the banjo fittings are leaking badly, so I browse the archives for wisdom on how to fix this. I find an applicable thread with recommendations on re-use of the old copper washers versus new washers. Where to get new washers, etc.
Steve Elliot posts that he makes the copper washers and they're $0.50/ea.
The next post is from me, seven years earlier, that I'll take 8 sets !!!!
What the ? So I go looking and sure enough found 8 sets.
Embarrassed, but happy!
