Absolutely, go for a engineering degree. You will make so much more money in the length of your life, it can open closed doors you would never get in without a degree. Since your already in the oil business with your Dad, would not a engineering degree in Petroleum be right down your alley. Consider this, in your life time, petroleum will always be needed and in serious demand.
