251 Motor Mount needed!

Does anyone have a lead on where to find a 251 motor mount. I searched the internet with no luck. My motor mount is not torn but is somewhat deteriorated and spongy like. Since i have replaced nearly everything on the truck i hate to go back with a crappy motor mount. Any leads would be very appreciated!
