I can agree on some of it. I bought this Peter Pirch ladder truck from Lewiston FD, high graded some stuff off of it and sold it at a tidy profit.
In a few years the boneheads wanted to buy it back so they could restore it at the expense of the tax payers. Just so they could do the flag waving heroes in the parade thing. I wouldn't tell them where it went.
