I started working for farmers when I was 12. I went to work room and board for a family about 30 miles away for the summer.Del introduced me to his John Deere B and welding. He was a great guy, he told me I could braze the sheet metal on the old draper combine better than he could. Took me years to realize he was lying.But it sure made me want to do it.
