M37 tie rod ends

I am rebuilding the front end of the M37, and some time ago I received two NOS tie rod ends in boxes.
Opening the boxes, they are of a different design.
One has a spring and flat metal and rubber washers. The other one has a rubber "cone".
Can these be used as is, or do I need to have the same style on each end?
