If you can get the gasket material out from between the intake and exhaust manifold section, I would take a jewelers saw, or a 1/32" ZipCut grinding disc, and cut the 2 long bolts apart through the gasket slot. This leaves you with 2 log pieces of bolt that may be "driven" out with a punch & Hammer. The treaded pieces can be removed by welding a nut, or if they are TIGHT, a FEW nuts, to allow putting a wrench on them for removal.
