Dually Question...

Been researching dually rims for the FFPW. There is a lot of confusing info out there regarding duallies. Just curious and need some clarification.

First, did Budd make a dually rim that fits 9.00 x 16 or 11.00 x 16 tires? I see many references to them in 7.50 x 16 size.

Second, can the standard PW Budd rim (.00 x 16 be used?

Third, can the Budd 3/4 ton combat rims be run as duallies? If so, what do I need besides the rims to do so?
