cash flo slowed down a bit so been relying on my banana trees and coconut trees for food

carribean rice and beans(coconut milk and spices)// unbelievable and eating a lot of bananas --no chemical fertilizers just in my backyard must be a hundred bananas on each stalk

touch em and they just fall off in your hand

bare minimum been eating about ten a day if not more

coupled with the carribean rice and been and drinking the coconut milk it has cleaned me out pretty good on the inside

feel like a new man--look out orange beast here i come
