Well I tried to restart it a little later after changing the condenser and it did start, and ran for over 2 hours. I did look at the coil, it was not bulged out. I had heard that a lot of the condensers from China did tend to fail early, and the one I had in there probably was Chinese. So I am hoping I corrected the problem.
