Some dealer owners kept cars just for investment. Last thursday, I was at the small Dodge dealer in the mountains. I got the chance to sit in 2 early Plymouth Prowlers and a early Dodge Viper (forget the years). All 3 were brand new, never on the road nor licensed with just typical delivery miles on them. The Viper was a beauty.
