My, My. From some of these posts a guy would think the best part of Washington is a place called Oregon. Ha.
You might ask your local Library to get a copy of" Over Washington" it's a dvd showing some of the "other" Washington. You have time on your side, you can find a lot of interesting things to see in this state, depending on your interests. Geography, geology, history. The Aquarium in Seattle is great. This state has a rich history of Marine/Fishing, logging, mining, aircraft production ( nice museum at Boeing Field). A drive over the north cascades highway will take you to the N.Central part of the state. Totally different flora and fauna. You can see the remains of the biggest flood in history (except Noah's ) as you travel south, see the biggest dam around, drop down the Columbia River through the fruit growing areas and more. Lots of river rafting, hiking, etc.
Don't know what part of the country your from or what your interests are but I'm sure you can find something interesting to see and do. You could even travel east to another part of Wash called " Idaho". Ha. Really, if you look at a map you can find that you can easily make a loop out of it, just depends on how much windshield time you can stand. I think I might have a couple of videos I could send you also.
