I just did this with my truck with a similar set-up.
I ended up using a home made pressure bleeder, and when doing it tapped the line going to the booster, there was some air trapped in there.
The booster needs to be bled first as others have stated, and tap on it to dislodge any air in and around it.
The wheel cylinders were then not a problem.
