I'm pretty sure I have one. I had the same trouble 20-some years ago when I was looking for one for my '62 WM300. I had to drive 6+ hours (each way) to Pittsburgh to finally get one. Then someone sent me one out of the blue, and I think I still have it. It will take a week or so before I can dig it out. If interested send me an email, gpcoffin at peakpeak dot com.
