Finally rounded up all of the fittings I needed to hook up the hydroboost brakes and power steering. Everything works great so far! Not every day do I get to drive an old PW with power brakes and power steering.

Next step is to get all the wiring hooked up and build (and heavily insulate) the doghouse. Two weeks to get on the road.
