The way I understand it, vent windows came with the Deluxe Cab Option, which my truck had.
I know this as I ordered the build card on my truck a few years back, and it listed Deluxe Cab.
If I recall, other literature I saw showed that this designation included vent windows, a driver side arm rest, a sun visor for passenger, and maybe something else.
