I parked one for several years one time, with antifreeze in it. Later I removed to out let fitting to install a themostat, and there was a fungus growth underneath. Still bright grren antifreeze. I guess it's like diesel fuel? The growth reminded me of a mushroom top.
Anyway, can you run some flush compound first? Then remove ALL plugs and douche it out as violently as you can. Sender, drain fitting, heater hose fitting etc. Might not be perfect, but it ought to do.
