Ken, the old mil. spec stuff is great stuff, I have a 1943 radio corp 250 watt gen set w/a 1hp briggs, a 1953 300 watt gen set w/ a two cycle somthing?, a 1968 500 watt genset w/ a three hp teledyne. the 53 and the 68 still work fine, the 43 needs a part, although the motor on it runs like it's new! normally these things around here can be had pretty cheap when you find them, 20 bux for the 68, 35 for the 53, and the 43 was free!
