Hey Richard, Randy, & Paul
I'm back from Europe. Did not know you cared so much- heh heh. Saw Power Wagons in Saltzburg-Austria, Zurich- Switzerland, and in Southern Bavaria Black Forest- Germany. I asked what are those big orange road crew trucks. To my surprize they were Unimogs. Let me tell you what those are some tough trucks. They can go through any thing and tires are tall as most economy cars. The rarest thing I saw in a field was a late 50's Studebaker Presidente in just about restorable condition except for the headlights broke out.
PW's are alive and well being used in all manner of ways from flat tops, to wreckers to regular pickups. But gas at $2.75 a gal not used much.
Ate too much liver dumpling soup with spatzlee, Raebrautten (Deer), hard german bread, and Dunkel dark beer. Must have gained 10 lbs.
Anyone seen a right rear fender or rear running boards for my WM 300? My winch and bumper are on now. Life seems just too busy. Have not begun on bed yet. What's up?
