Hi Ron,
I use Haggarty Classic Car Insurance. It is less than $100 per year (depends upon how much value you place on your vehicle) Go with an agreed upon replacement value, not a vehicle "worth" which is subjective at best. Any Independent Agent and several Insurance companies should be able to hook you up. I registered non-operational for years because I dreaded the insurance cost, which turned out to be incredibly small.
