360° is the maximum you can turn them. = )
Seriously I looked in 3 Factory spec books and I guess they do not beleive in turning the drums, but .15-.30 is the shoe clearance so I don't think you can go much beyond that. On some of the Budd drums it is stamped on the drum. Hope this helped, come over and visit some time!
