I found out that my 1978 John Deere garden tractor had the option of an oil bath air cleaner. I checked at the dealer, but the parts are long since obsolete. The dealer told me that if I found one it would be much, much better than any paper filter. I imagine the same holds true for the Power Wagon. Many serious race engines use oilable foam filters that work on the same principle but without the "resevoir" of an oil bath.
