Mr. Colwell---info on belt pulley and governor

Mr. Colwell, could you please provide the forum with any information you might have concerning the belt pulley attachment and governors used on the WDX-WM PW.I have been unable to obtain back issues of the Power Wagon Advertiser with your articles.Any info would be greatly appreciated. Someone suggested a posting to the "Glovebox" would be a graet addition .
