I think VPW is a decent company, but I wouldn't say great. Most of us are probably just happy to get a difficult to find part and don't really care if we hit it off with the guy on the phone.
I have ordered from them several times. The most recent time a rubber item was missing from the shipment. I'm not holding them accountable because I didn't call them and let them know. I'm (pretty) sure they would have replaced the missing item. But, having dealt with them before, I just didn't think it would be worth the $10.00 or so that the item cost to call them. I just wrote it off.
