Any truck spring shop can bend new U Bolts while you wait. Forged U Bolts with square tops like original can be purchased from spring shops, but typically, they have to be ordered.
Never re-use Axle U Bolts. Once a Axle U Bolt is torqued, the deep nuts deform the threads and proper torque can not be achieved again.
