i get my cast iron skillet hot add oive oil rosemary salt and cracked pepper let toast a tadd throw fresh spinach in and top for 2 to 3 minutes till maybe a tad toasty on the bottom side flip it and put slice tomatoes on top of the tad toasted spinach which is now up and put the top back on for another 2 or three minute and put it between my fav. bread
deeeeeeeeelicious and makes me feel like jane s husband---------lol
