I'll remember the "wagon train" for when somebody's giving feeding me a big detailed line of bs, with totally certainty. Then I'll say "And did you also know the Army used to...", and I'll see if they'll go for it.
I swear Facebook and YouTube are the worst for this stuff. People are always forwarding "true" stories (you know it's true because they're a YouTube of it) that are completely bogus. The difference between today and PT Barnum's day, was Barnum was able to get people to pay him for it.
