That hole in the radiator for the hand crank is listed as 'pto access port'. Fire trucks us it to run a pump, but there were other uses. One of which was a small crank-axial capstan for stretching fence wire. I think. I only recall seeing one mention w/ pic that wasn't much good. Non-winch only?
