Thanks, Joe...I am back to work, building a 24 story apartment building in downtown Houston, with a 3 story parking garage. Project will last roughly 59 weeks, and if things work out, I will build another one up in Dallas sometime next year. So, if I can save my $$, I'll be able to pick up the '58 Power Giant I'm dreamin' of. Thanks for the venting forum...LOL JET
