You know I have a leaky wheel cylinder on my M37 right now, and turns out it is the one that I replaced not long after I bought the truck. The others are probably not original but are the original to me wheel cylinders. I have also seen brake lining seperate from new brake shoes. I believe the commonly available wheel cylinders are off shore made and the quality is a little iffy. Is there a better source? If so I would go that route or consider rebuilding the wheel cylinders you have. I am not sure new replacements are a guarantee against failure. I am not sure if wheel cylinder rebuilds kits are available or not and I suppose brake shoe relining is not do it youself. But in recent years I have decided that whenever possible I want to do things that are safety related myself, I want to tighten my own lug nuts, change my own brakes etc because when it comes down to it a good warrenty won't bring back loved ones if safety devices fail. I often hear people suggest leave that to the "proffesionals" but the pros aren't doing the work as though their life and there loved ones lives depended on it. Just my 2 cents.
