My clutch is hard to push in...

My clutch is pretty difficult to push in. Makes me sometimes grind gears because i don't disengage enough. Are all power wagons this way? Is there anything that can be done to make it easier? this is the only part of the truck i didn't go though, mostly because i don't know much about it. (Its a WM300)
