what happens is lets say the bidding is at 14200 and someone bids there maximum bid at 25000 the price will only go up a little bit over 14200 to like 14350 or whatever the minimum ebay incriments are. then someone else comes along and bids until he is the top bidder and pushes the guy with the 25K bid out with a bid of 25250. make sense?
