BLINKER HELP

Ok guys i really need your help on this one! I know absolutely nothing about blinkers. i bought a vintage wiring of maine kit with a blinker assembly and the works. This is the last thing i need to get my state inspection. Everything is working but the blinkers tail lights head lights just the blinkers do nothing when deployed by the hand switch. No indicator lights nothing. Does anyone have so hints for me. I know i will never figure this out by myself because i dont know where to even start.
