Inter-cooler boost hose Dodge Big C

My son has a problem with one of his inter cooler hose that pops off when he hits 25 psi of boost for a longer period of time. When hes hauling a trailer on hills. We have tried many different clamps and hoses but still yesterday it came off again? Any ideas. Thanks Bill.
