My WM300 WIL NOT START! Ive tried nearly everything, i put staring fliud in the carb...nothing. I put gasoline in the carb ...Nothing. I pulled the spark plug its giving off a spark. I replaced all the spark plugs...Nothing.
After i blew my head gasket it I took it to the machine shop. The machinist looked at my gasket and said i didn't clean the surface of the head and block. He tested my head and found it to be warped. He Milled the head to make it true. I picked it up put a new head gasket on with some Permatex copper head gasket spray, put the head back on. torqued it down to spec. Put everything back on, Plug wires ect. It would crank just fine prior to the head gasket letting coolant get into the cylinder making white smoke come out the tailpipe.
Today after it first wouldn't start i found the distributor cap kind loose. I popped it into place and started it. A four foot flame came out the carburetor damn near hit the ceiling of my garage, It must have been the starting fluid that was in the carb. After that Nothing... the timing appears to be right. I have NO idea at this point. Ive checked wires for loose connections, Someone wanna give me some hints?
