This was one of the Colorado GSA Power Wagons (only a few I can find records of).
Located in western Colorado. I have never tried to start it, and I am sure it won't start.
The doors can be open while driving, and the box is open all the way from windshield to back doors.
I was going to use it for a delivery truck, but am using my Dodge Carryall instead.
