The first couple times I needed one, I didn't know you could still buy them so first I tried asbestos paper slathered with red RTV on both sides, and then I cut two out of generic exhaust gasket stock free-hand using a roto-zip tool. Ugly, but worked. So much easier to be able to just buy one pre-made.
