These look very similar to the Brush units PFB uses but with maybe some specialized brush guards. The Ford on the first Brush Breaker page looks very similar to what PFB has. I would guess it's mostly an Eastern name thing as most look pretty normally equipped for brush fire fighting, IMHO.
